By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Clients are responsible for ensuring all submitted information, including shipping addresses, contact details, artwork files, and order approvals, is accurate and complete.
Production will begin only after payment has been successfully processed and final approval has been received.
Digital mockups, renderings, and product images are provided for reference purposes only. Final products may vary slightly due to production methods, materials, screen settings, or lighting conditions.
While we make commercially reasonable efforts to match provided brand or PMS color references, exact color reproduction cannot be guaranteed across all materials and production methods.
Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other external factors are outside our control.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local regulatory fees determined by the destination country. These charges remain the responsibility of the recipient or purchasing party.
Additional shipping and handling fees may apply to packages returned due to incomplete addresses, failed delivery attempts, refused delivery, or recipient unavailability.
Due to the customized nature of our products, all approved and completed orders are considered final sale unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Unless otherwise requested in writing, we reserve the right to use non-confidential project imagery, product photography, or completed branded materials for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.
